Job Description:
Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking to take the next step in your career? A leading UK accountancy firm is seeking an ambitious Audit Manager to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to manage audits for corporate clients with turnovers between £30m and £100m, while working closely with senior partners and helping to lead a talented audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead audits for corporate clients, including multinational groups and overseas subsidiaries
*Oversee audit planning, execution, and review, acting as the main point of contact for clients
*Provide guidance on complex technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS
*Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to client pitches and proposals
*Manage, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For:
*ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience in a chartered practice
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS, and experience in corporate audits
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams
