Job Description:
Seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Client’s team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and supporting their accountants with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Credit control and raising invoices for work completed.
- Anti Money Laundering checks.
- Confirmation statements.
- Onboarding new clients, including incorporations and registrations.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accountancy or financial services environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
