Daily Pay: £90 - £100

A primary SEND school in Lambeth is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with young learners and support their growth in a nurturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide personalized support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially.
*Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning activities to suit diverse needs.
*Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that fosters emotional and social development.
*Support classroom activities, ensuring every student feels engaged and valued.
*Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, offering updates on progress and celebrating milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in SEN support is an advantage, but enthusiasm, patience, and a caring approach are essential.
*The ability to adapt and create engaging learning opportunities for children with varying needs.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families.
*A driver’s license and access to a car are helpful but not required for this Lambeth-based role.
