Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Sutton, London
School Type: Primary SEND School
Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a welcoming and inclusive primary SEND school in Sutton. What You’ll Be Doing:
*Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and personally.
*Work alongside teachers to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
*Create an engaging and nurturing environment that promotes positive emotional and social development.
*Support daily classroom activities, ensuring students feel included and valued.
*Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, updating them on progress and celebrating successes.
What We’re Looking For:
*While experience working with SEN students is an advantage, we’re seeking individuals who are empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
*The ability to adapt and use creative approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team.
*Access to a car and a valid driver’s license are helpful but not essential for this role in Sutton.
