Corporate Commercial Solicitor - York
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with an established multi-office practice in York. This is a well-established full-service practice with a strong reputation in the local area.
This opportunity is well suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Corporate Commercial law.
The role
Handling your own caseload of high-calibre corporate transactions including
*Corporate finance
*Financial Services
*Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO
*Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements
*Partnership Agreements
*Shareholder Agreements
*Company and LLP Formation and Compliance
*Terms and conditions
*E-commerce
*Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be highly advantageous.
Applications are welcome from a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with the following
*A clean and current practising certificate.
*Experience in a similar role with at least 3 years PQE
*Previous experience working with high-calibre corporate transactions
