Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their best? We’re seeking a dedicated SEN Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Surrey. This role offers a fantastic chance to work closely with students, empowering them to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Provide personalized support to students with SEN, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
*Assist teachers in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adapting strategies to meet unique learning needs.
*Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
*Help facilitate classroom activities, ensuring all students can participate and succeed.
*Build positive relationships with families and carers, offering regular updates on progress and milestones.
What You Bring:
*Experience in working with SEN children is desirable, but a positive attitude, patience, and genuine passion are what we value most.
*Flexibility and creativity to support a variety of learning styles effectively.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff and parents.
*While having access to a car and a valid driver’s license is helpful, it’s not essential.
