Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Manchester City Centre. Generating referrals from internal and external stakeholders to utilise our home Surveying services.
Key responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:
*Visiting stakeholders at that premises to grow and maintain relationships.
*You’ll be responsible for meeting and surpassing set targets with a drive to consistently exceed your daily KPI’s.
*Engaging with referrers via phone, email and in person to nurture and grow relationships.
*Act as the dedicated point of contact for referrers listening to their needs and providing a tailored solution.
*Efficiently manage your diary, handle mailboxes, generate reports, provide accurate forecasting, delivering presentations, sending contracts and handling invoices.

*You thrive on building rapport and maintaining meaningful relationships.
*Bring energy, motivation, and initiative to the role.
