The Role As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project success, ensuring governance, timely delivery, and financial performance. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to manage project lifecycles seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
*Manage technical delivery projects (£500k+), ensuring KPIs, governance, and budgets are met.
*Lead client relationships, simplifying delivery processes and fostering collaboration.
*Execute delivery management essentials: SOWs, risk mitigation, budgeting, and reporting.
*Act as Scrum Master where needed, embedding Agile and Lean practices.
*Drive commercial governance and optimise project financials.
About You Essential Skills:
*Experience in senior delivery/project management roles, ideally in marketing agencies or consultancies.
*Proven delivery of large-scale technical software/system projects.
*Strong understanding of governance, stakeholder management, and digital production.
*Expertise in Agile/Lean methodologies and resource management.
Desirable:
*Coaching experience for junior team members.
*Commercial acumen to optimise project performance.
