The practice group deals with a range of commercial litigation matters for an array of clients.
The litigation work undertaken by the team generally includes:
*Civil and commercial litigation development
*Landlord and tenant disputes
*Land and Property Actions
*Possession Claims
*Debt Recovery
To be considered for this Litigation Solicitor role, you will ideally have been involved in commercial disputes, property disputes, possession claims and debt recovery; any of this experience would be of interest.
