Operations Administrator

As an Operations administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their daily operations. Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the operations team to organise and execute various projects and initiatives.
*Monitor and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
*Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
*Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
*Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
*Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions for improvement.
*Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and organising logistics.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
*Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
*High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality.
*Knowledge of operations and project management principles is a plus.
