Our client is a web development agency based in Richmond, London; involved in a wide variety of digital projects from consultancy and web development to hosting and support.
Their core business is to design and develop bespoke websites and web applications for their clients across several different sectors. Their main target market is the Pharmaceutical industry.
Their offices are based in Richmond, London, but their team is mostly remote.
They encourage meeting once weekly at the office to catch up on projects and collaborate with the rest of the team. They are extremely flexible with home working as some colleagues are based outside of London. The office is however open most days if preferred.

Importantly, you must be a good communicator and have a strong desire to contribute, expand your talents, learn and innovate.
You are able to multitask and are a quick learner, with a can-do attitude.
Ideally, you will have experience working at an agency with hands-on management of web and web application development projects.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will support the management and execution of web development projects, ensuring effective communication, project organisation, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing workflow tickets with our project management tools, updating documentation, coordinating testing, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Typical projects include the design and development of bespoke web applications and modular upgrades to these throughout the application lifecycle. They may range from £ 10k to £100k.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
*Assist in managing the production schedule and project timelines maintaining good communication with the Account Manager
*Create and manage project tickets based on briefs provided by the senior project manager
*Document project updates and change requests
*Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to align on project deliverables. Documentation & Communication:
*Regularly report on project status
*Regularly update and maintain documentation for live projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
*Prepare and manage client change request
*Schedule and participate in project meetings
*Testing & Quality Assurance:
*Collaborate with the development team to support testing efforts, ensuring project outputs meet quality standards.
*Log testing outcomes and feedback, coordinating any necessary revisions or bug fixes. Compliance & Incident Logging:
*Assist in logging and tracking incidents, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and supporting remediation efforts
Preferred skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Familiarity with web development processes.
*Understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements (preferred but not essential) Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello
Qualifications
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT, or a related or similar field.
*1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
