Job Role: Quality Engineer
Location: Wimborne
Shift:Monday - Thursday 07:15 - 16:15 / Friday 07:15 - 12:15
Pay Rate / Salary: £38k - £40k
Job Role Responsibilities:
*Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
*Collect, compile, and sort client specific data
*Analyse and gain insight on delivered products, potential quality issues, customer satisfaction
*Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis
*Deliver customer support in terms of analysis, short term containment actions in case of quality issues
*Ensure customer assistance and higher customer satisfaction
*Provide specifically all facts and data about claims to the plant, and guarantee a good relationship with the customer
*Monitor and follow-up QSHE procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility
*Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude
The Candidate:
*Ability to read engineering drawings, Bill of materials, quality documents/plans,
*excellent written communication abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and solid attention to detail.
*Ability to understand product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions.
*Follow Company Quality Management System and Safety procedures.
*Experience / knowledge of Heat Treatment
*Experience of AS9100D
