Job Description:
Salt is excited to support this Financial Services client with the resource of a new Onboarding Specilalist to join their team on an ASAP starting contract role. In this position, you will ensure new customers successfully adopt Mailchimp, achieve their business objectives, and are set up for long-term success. To succeed in this role, you will use your technical expertise, strategic consultation, and strong customer relationship management skills to support their team on this 8 month contract term.
Key Responsibilities:
*Guide customers through onboarding, defining objectives and tracking milestones to ensure successful implementation.
*Tailor onboarding processes to meet diverse customer needs and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
*Serve as POC for Mailchimp queries, assisting with integration into customers’ marketing tech stacks and identifying opportunities for additional services.
*Proactively address risks, resolve issues, and optimise customer experiences, including smooth transitions between teams.
*Train and mentor new team members, while engaging with customers in strategic conversations to maximise their investment.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Circa 2+ years in marketing/advertising and customer-facing roles like Customer Success or Account Management.
*Proven experience in onboarding and implementing MarTech solutions
*Experience in managing client portfolios, and driving adoption.
*Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to discuss technical and strategic concepts effectively.
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
