Preferred Requirements: *Expertise in handling all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
*Strong experience in new build conveyancing, which would be highly advantageous
*Ability to work independently and demonstrate a keen interest in business development
*Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
*Proficient in utilizing cutting-edge IT systems and technologies to streamline your work
Preferred Qualifications: *2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Property Solicitor
