Salary: £43,912.80
Working Hours (day shift) Monday - Thursday 7am - 15.30pm Fridays 7am - 12.30pm
OR 3-shift:
Earlies: Monday: 6.30am- 3pm Tuesday - Thursday: 7am - 3pm Friday: 7am - 12pm
Lates: Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 11pm Friday: 12pm-5.30pm
Nights: Monday - Thursday: 11pm - 7am Friday: 5.30pm - 11pm

Key Responsibilities:
*Support commissioning of new measurement equipment.
*Measurement of Internal and external purchased components using laboratory equipment.
*Support the development of test methods and continuous improvement opportunities
*Produce measurement reports for components measured.
*Assist with Quality investigations providing measuring support.
*Be able to work within a team to ensure tasks are in line with targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications: Completed a Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship or an HNC/HND equivalent in a relevant subject.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of measurement principles, processes, and engineering drawings; background in metrology or metallurgy measurement preferred.
Skills: Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel, with strong communication abilities.
Workplace Competencies: Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization practices.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team while being self-motivated and flexible.
Personal Attributes: Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
