Our client is a well-known brand in the fashion industry with an office based in Watford. We are working with this company to recruit a Financial Accountant to join their busy and expanding finance team. Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a role in industry? This role is fully office based in Watford, but there is a requirement for some travel to their London office with this role, one day per week.
Responsibilities:
Management Accounting 
*Liaising with the sales and operations teams to prepare sales and margin reports, and sales forecasts. 
*Maintaining costing sheets of products
*Preparation of weekly purchase order logs
*Stock reporting
Financial Accounting
*Assist Financial Controller, with preparation of monthly, and quarterly accounts
*Variance analysis of operating expenses 
*Preparation of weekly/quarterly cash flow statements 
Skills & experience:
*Sage 200 experience would be beneficial 
*Advanced Excel
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with non-financial managers
*There is travel involved within the UK & Europe
