*Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, conference rooms, facilitating effective communication between clients and our teams.
*Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain organised filing systems to keep our operations running smoothly.
*Monitor visitor access on the premises and maintain security.
*Team Collaboration: Support various departments with administrative tasks, contributing to exciting projects that drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
*People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
*Experience in multi-tasking strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient operations.
*Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
*Knowledge or experience in a receptionist and administrative role.
