Role Responsibilities
*Manage and deliver accounts and tax services for a portfolio of rural clients
*Prepare detailed accounts for large and complex businesses
*Provide insightful advice on tax planning and compliance
*Collaborate with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service

Candidate Requirements
*AAT qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice
*Experience managing complex client portfolios
*Excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation and tax compliance
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
*Experience in or knowledge of the rural sector is desirable but not essential
