ServiceNow Solution Architect

I am working with a global ServiceNow partner who is looking to grow their team here in the UK ahead of 2025.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be a subject matter expert, tasked with using their know-how to design, develop and deploy the platform in line with customer requirements.

You will:
*Be involved in the full project lifecycle, participating in pre-sales cycle as technical expert through to deployment.
*Lead complex programs of multiple resources.
*Lead the architecture and design of solutions built on / extended from ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities.
*Lead sessions to stakeholders as a technical expert, such as demos, updates and working sessions.
*Be the go-to for technical issues and solutions.
*Work to influence team members, broader internal team, and external customers, likely to include senior management, to agree and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.

Experience required:
*5+ years ServiceNow technical experience.
*Extensive knowledge of web technologies including API’s / CSS / XML / HTML / Web Services. JavaScript design and development. REST Web Services development and integration.
*Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (preferably CSM) Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
*Certified ServiceNow CSM Professional Plus Suite, a plus
