Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join the team at our client’s facility in Bletchley. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, and overseeing day-to-day quality assurance processes. This role requires a strong understanding of FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production
process.

Key Responsibilities:
 Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
 Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
 Ensure that all products meet required specifications and comply with industry regulations and standards.
 Manage and support the FAIR and PPAP processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
 Work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve quality-related issues.
 Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary.
 Provide quality assurance support to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
 Monitor and report on quality performance, highlighting any trends or concerns.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
 Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
 Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FAIR and PPAP processes.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
 Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 In-depth understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
