Job Description:
A fast-growing cloud infrastructure provider, specialising in app development, cloud infrastructure, connectivity and telephony solutions, is looking for an Account Manager with experience working in IT or app development to join their team in Liverpool.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working with a diverse clientele and will play a vital role working closely with their Development team and supporting their clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the full life cycle of a web based app / development projects.
*Resource management to ensure efficient project execution.
*Acting as the primary contact for existing clients, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship including project oversight, communication, and client satisfaction.
*Ensure quality delivery of service.
*Lead and direct the work of others as necessary.
*Attending customer sites, when required, to deliver presentations and demonstrations and to meet with customers and new leads
*Interfacing with all teams in Commerce Decisions, to ensure effective transition from pre- to post-sales phases
*Working closely with the Business development team to onboard new customers.
*Researching and maintaining current knowledge of client apps and processes.
*Build client relationships and identify cross selling opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
*Account Manager experience
*Experience working in IT or app development
*The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing web-based projects internally and externally while maintaining excellent client relationships.
