Job Description:
The Client Services and Administrative Specialist position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, balancing detailed administrative tasks with client-facing responsibilities. This role combines high-level administrative skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and operational tasks effectively. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record in customer care who is methodical, highly organised and results driven.

Your responsibilities will include:
Client Liaison:
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
*Understand client needs and ensure these are effectively communicated to relevant internal teams.
*Proactively update clients on the progress of their orders, general queries and test results.
*Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Administrative Support:
*Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for client-related activities.
*Organise meetings, calls, ensuring all details are handled flawlessly.
*Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure data confidentiality.
*Prepare reports, and summaries for internal and client use.
Project and Task Coordination:
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services or products.
*Track deadlines and milestones, providing updates to clients and teams as needed.
*Coordinate logistics for bespoke and international clients.
