Project Manager - Bushey - Up to £50,000 p.a.

They are ready to recruit a Project Manager to join them on their growth journey and you will be joining an extremely collaborative culture where you can genuinely put your stamp on the role.
Working closely with their highly engaging and supportive leadership team, and working closely with departments across the business, this role will suit an experienced individual, who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as having a ’hands-on’ mentality.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for identifying, delivering and monitoring a variety of internal projects across the business, to drive change, improvements and to streamline processes. The projects will range from IT systems improvements, to implementing new policies and changing existing ones, to facilities and operational changes, as well as ensuring changes in compliance are adhered to.
You will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build solid relationships.
