Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Are you an organized and motivated individual with a passion for sales support? Join our dynamic team as an Internal Sales Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the sales team, and contributing to our overall business success.
Key Responsibilities: *Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, generating quotes, and handling customer inquiries as a Internal sales coordinator
*Order Management: Manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
*Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, updating them on order status, and resolving any issues.
*Data Entry & Reporting: Update customer databases, track sales activities, and generate regular reports for management as a Internal sales coordinator
*Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Requirements: *Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
