Role Responsibilities *Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a diverse client portfolio
*Collaborate with audit partners and directors to deliver high-quality outcomes
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored advice and solutions
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development
*Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements
*Identify opportunities to enhance client service, offering proactive and insightful advice
*Contribute to non-audit assignments such as due diligence, valuations, and financial forecasting

Candidate Requirements *ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years’ post-qualification experience in audit
*Experience managing audits from initial planning to finalisation
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with a proven track record in compliance
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
*Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
*Proactive and organised, capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities
*Familiarity with Caseware (advantageous but not essential)
