Job Description:
Our client is a well-known brand who are currently recruiting for a dynamic HR Operations Partner to join them.
Supporting the Head of People Operations, you will be responsible for transforming the support service and data administration functions, whilst fulfilling all tasks This is an opportunity to enhance operations and drive efficiencies. You will also be whilst leading data and analytics efforts to enable smarter decision making. This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about improving operational procedures, leveraging data and analysis and who loves working in an extremely busy environment.
The People Operations Partner will support across the People Team and be the first point of contact for all our people in the business as well as people managers and some of our external third-party providers. This role will be working very closely with the IS and Finance Team.
With a strong HR Ops background and a passion for developing others and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you know what good looks like and you are used to working in complex businesses and can demonstrate deep thinking and the ability to manage complex data analysis.
