It is growing swiftly so is seeking to recruit a Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to come and join our friendly and motivated team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-year relevant experience within bridging lending. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent remuneration package.
Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Responsibilities:
*Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
*Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee
*Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
*Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
*Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations
*Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors,
*Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process
*Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the BRIDGING AND / OR DEVELOPMENT FINANCE sector.
Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
*Excellent analytical skills.
*Ability to structure transactions based upon market sector, asset, and security.
