Job Description:
FIND are representing a charity that specialise in educating Educators & Local Authorities on providing Mental Health interventions to children and young adults.
  
As the Partnerships Development Manager, you will lead the effort to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective partners in children’s residential care and education sectors. Your focus will be on generating and qualifying leads, building a pipeline of opportunities, and driving initial engagement with key decision-makers.
  
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring excellent communication skills, a passion for our mission, and a proven ability to deliver results in sales.
  
Remote working with 2 days a month in the South Birmingham office, and paying up to £36,000 + 15% commission.
  
Responsibilities
*Research and identify potential leads within children’s residential homes, foster agencies, residential family centres, and residential special schools.
*Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of their challenges and needs.
*Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media to gauge their interest. Our research indicates that this market responds most effectively to phone communication, making it our primary method of outreach.
*Stay informed about industry trends and challenges facing children’s care and education providers.
  
Qualifications
Essential:
*Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
*Strong ability to research and identify potential leads.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and effectively qualify opportunities.
*Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot) to manage and track sales activities.
*Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Desirable:
*Knowledge or experience within the children’s residential care, foster care, or education sectors.
*Familiarity with trauma-informed practices or mental health services.
*Experience in B2B sales within the health or education sectors.
