Role Responsibilities *Preparing financial statements and statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
*Ensuring compliance with financial standards, including FRS 102 and FRS 105
*Producing accurate financial statements and maintaining client records to the highest standard
*Supporting the preparation of management accounts and related financial reports
*Providing advice and support on complex financial reporting requirements
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards
*Building strong relationships with clients by answering queries and keeping them informed of progress

Candidate Requirements *Qualifications: AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience in an accountancy practice
*Software Skills: Familiarity with IRIS, Xero, Sage, or other accounting software is advantageous
*Attention to Detail: A reputation for accuracy and ensuring high-quality work
*Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client requirements efficiently
*Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including FRS 102 and FRS 105
*Communication Skills: Confidence in liaising with clients and addressing queries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
