You will need
· Ideally at least 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
· Have High working standards
· To be Reliable
· Proven knife skills
· Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
· Ability to be flexible
· Be able to travel across Berkshire
