Senior Ecologist Role: *Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support junior ecologists, ensuring high-quality outcomes across projects.
*Project Management: Oversee a wide range of projects, delivering timely, client-centered ecological solutions.
*Advanced Fieldwork: Plan and execute surveys focusing on protected species and habitats.
*Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships, offering expert, bespoke advice.
*Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed, compliant reports to support planning and development processes.
Senior Ecologist Requirements: *Qualifications: Degree in ecology or a related discipline, with CIEEM membership.
*Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and conduct advanced ecological surveys.
*Expertise: Strong knowledge of ecological legislation and survey methodologies.
*Licensing: Possession of protected species licence(s).
