Job Description:
Customer Service Executive
The company I’m representing is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team in Crawley.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer queries, including call handling, email correspondence, subscription database management, order administration, and secure payment processing.

*Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries with excellent attention to detail.
