Package: £24K - £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £55K OTE Year 2, £80K Year 3

*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*12 Months B2B Sales
*Confident and outgoing
*Ambitious
*Financially and success driven
*Great communication skills
*Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
