Job Description:
Our Marlborough based and repeat client has partnered with us to introduce them to a new Receptionist for their professional and client led office.

About your new position:
Your new role as Receptionist will involve all reception duties ensuring that every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience, creating a positive first impression.
You will be responsible for answering and redirecting phone calls, handling emails and letters, and ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals.
OtherKey Responsibilities
*Overseeing the stationery account for the office, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
*Providing photocopying and administrative support to different departments as required.
*Handling petty cash and postage funds for the office.
Skills and Experience required
Ideally you will have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role and the following:
*strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially by phone.
*a professional, calm, and positive personality.
*the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
*an organised and flexible approach.
*be good with IT including word and excel.
In return, our client has a great office environment to work in and the offices are newly decorated. The team is small and hands on, so you won’t be a stranger for long and will get to know your colleagues quickly which in turn will help you settle in within no time at all.
As well as salary, you will get 25 days holiday (pro rata for part time hours of 28 to 32 hours per week dependent on your availability) plus bank holidays, death in service, your birthday off, sick pay and an employee support scheme. Car parking is free.
There is potential scope for professional development too, with previous Receptionists securing promotional internal roles to grow their careers.
