Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a health and safety officer to join our well established clients based in Leicester.
As the health and safety officer you will be working alongside both operations and production departments. you will be responsible for overseeing all daily HSE and HR issues.
Experience Required:
*IOSH & NEBOSH Qualifications
*5s initiation
*Pre -planned maintenance
*Daily health and safety audits
*Health and Safety
*Proactive maintenance
*Reactive maintenance
*Health and safety investigations
*First aid
*HSE visits
*Tool box talks
*Staff education
*TPM health and safety
*5s auditing
*Risk assessments
*General risks assessments
*COSHH risk assessments
*DSE risk assessments
*Manual handling
*PPE Asser and auditor
*Young people at work assessments
*Daily meeting room checks
*Machine and compressor daily checks
*New starter inductions
*Welfare meeting assistance
*Internal disciplinary issues
*any staff personal issues
*Back to work interviews
*dealing with BHR(clients HR support)
*Staff attendance (clock in/out issues)
*All associated administration for the above
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
07:00 to 16:30
Pay:
£30,000.00 to £45,000.00
