Job Description:
**Stock Controller/Order Management Executive - Milton Keynes - Global Construction Company**
We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.
We are looking for someone to play a key role in the team as a link between customer service, sales and supply chain.
Role:
You will be responsible for;
*Provide centralised point of contact regarding customer orders ensuring that these are prioritised based on availability and maintain current processes for constrained items
*Daily communication with logistics team to schedule in priority orders, confirm status of current orders, research on missed deliveries and escalation to appropriate parties
*Provide insight and problem resolution to customers for material shortages
*Daily review and investigation into incomplete deliveries for immediate resolution
*Order quality maintenance
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will;
*Proficient in the use of Google/Microsoft Office packages - Excel is a must, expert in Pivot table, formulas and data manipulation
*Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
*Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment
*High attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Numerate and literate
Package:
*Basic Salary up to £32,000 (potentially up to £35,000 for the right experience)
*15% bonus
