Product Manager UK - South London based (Hybrid Role - Office / Home based / Remote)
A leading medical company is seeking a high-calibre Product Manager to join their UK team. This will take ownership of a leading product brand for a shaper of the industry in which they focus. This dynamic role will be highly collaborative and include the following:
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives.
*Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and inform product development.
*Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
*Collaborate closely with sales to develop compelling value propositions, sales tools, and training materials.
*Drive successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration.
*Own product P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing optimization.
*Provide product training and support to sales teams and customers.
*Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings.
*Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
*Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device product management.
*Proven track record of driving product success and revenue growth.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the medical or healthcare industry.
