JOB TITLE: Composite Laminator
JOB LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: Competitive
HOURS PER WEEK: 37 - 40
SHIFTS: Days
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT: 33 Days per year (with ability to buy and sell)
DURATION: Permanent

Position Summary:

This position is a Composite Laminator role working for an industry leader, supplying into the Aerospace industry

This role is working with Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber working to very high standards and responsible for the following

* Kitting
* Layup
* Bagging and De-Bagging
* Tooling preparation
* Vacuum bagging
* Complete all curing procedures to detailed specifications
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Working to Engineering drawings
* Work with precision moulds
* Identifying issues and understand when to escalate

Ideal applicants:
* Ideally have a recognised industry qualification in the Composites (NVQ, City and Guilds)
* 2 or more years of industry experience
* Demonstrate your ability to work to high standards in Composite Lamination
* Confident to work alone with limited supervision at times
