Location: Edgbaston
Job Title: Accounts Department
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Holidays: 20 days per annum

Key Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming payments related to rents and service charges.
• Managing outgoing payments and invoices to contractors and clients.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for clients and resolving queries.
• Conducting credit control for rent and service charge arrears.
• Issuing invoices to tenants and leaseholders.
• Addressing accounting queries from leaseholders, tenants, and clients.
• Preparing bank reconciliations for client accounts.
• Performing administrative duties within the accounts department.
• Collaborating with and reporting to other departments.
Systems Used:
• Re-leased
• Barclays.net (banking system)
• Epdq (for card payments)
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience, preferably with knowledge of the property sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly when handling queries with clients and stakeholders.
