Job Description:
JOB – Electrical Design Engineer
LOCATION – Buckinghamshire
TERM - Permanent
SALARY – £55,000 -£65,000 per annum
A Buckinghamshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
*HNC or equivalent/ higher electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
*Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package.
*Good experience & understanding of PLCs, servos & motors, gearboxes etc.
*Previous electrical design experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar.
*Good experience troubleshooting electrical & control systems.
*Full UK driving license.
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
*Managing the full design project from conception through to installation.
*Producing design documentation & schematics.
*Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times
*Providing support to other engineers when required.
*Liaising closely with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
