Job Opportunity: German and French speaking Support Specialist
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Sheffield, S6 (office-based, excellent transport links)
Verus Recruitment is excited to partner with a market leader in the digital print industry to find a Support Specialist to join their dynamic support team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative, fast-paced organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to a global network of resellers and end-users.
The Role:
As a Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to technical inquiries and providing guidance on the company’s proprietary software and digital ecosystem. Based in the Sheffield office, you’ll collaborate with a small, dedicated team, acting as both a customer advocate and brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver professional, courteous support to customers, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through interactive communication.
*Provide accurate and complete information using available resources.
*Conduct product setup and training sessions for new customers.
*Troubleshoot issues across the company’s product range and ensure resolutions.
Essential Skills:
*Fluency in French and German (spoken and written).
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
*Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with attention to detail.
*Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to manage a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
*A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Desirable Skills:
*Experience with print technology.
*Exposure to a range of technology systems.
