Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications *Develop and execute an annual benefits and wellbeing communication plan, focusing on critical U.S. enrolment periods while aligning with U.K. needs and global awareness initiatives.
*Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability across all communication activities.
*Enhance and maintain the Access Benefits platform, ensuring it is a trusted resource for employees.
*Innovate by utilizing cutting-edge technology to improve understanding and engagement with benefit offerings, particularly for U.S. employees.
*Drive global wellbeing initiatives by supporting local and regional champions, sharing effective communication plans, and fostering a two-way feedback channel.
*Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and integrating new communication tools and strategies that add value to employees globally.
Benefits Administration *Be the go-to resource for U.S. and U.K. employees on benefits-related queries, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
*Partner with external vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless operations of benefit programs.
*Proactively address employee concerns, creating a positive and supportive experience.
Skills & Competencies
*Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
*Strategic Planning Expertise: Proven experience in designing and executing both tactical and long-term communication plans.
*High Integrity & Professionalism: Demonstrates confidentiality, diplomacy, and resilience in all interactions.
*Matrix Environment Experience: Adept at navigating and succeeding within matrix organisational structures.
*Technical Proficiency: Strong IT and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
*Collaborative & Independent Work Ethic: Excels both as a self-starter and as an integral member of cross-functional teams.
*Experienced working within Financial Services.
