Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Full-time, permanent
£50,000-£55,000 pa + benefits & bonus
Remote working with 1 day Central London office per week
Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Campaign Manager to join their dynamic marketing team reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
THE ROLE:
Working directly with an accomplished Marketing Director and a small marketing team who has transformed the business from outbound to inbound-led growth, you’ll support the development of the demand generation strategy and execution working in close partnership with the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a revenue-focused Marketer who wants to make a real impact in a growing business and continue developing their career in the exciting B2B SaaS sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work in partnership with sales to drive successful inbound demand generation marketing campaigns
*Use proven tactics to generate demand
*Monitor and optimise campaigns based on their ongoing performance for maximum demand generation
*Monitor and report on MQLs and SQLs in partnership with the sales team
*Be a master of HubSpot and provide insights and reporting on campaign performance
*Support the management of the external digital marketing agency that manages digital campaigns
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
*B2B SaaS / Software startup or scaleup Demand Generation marketing experience
*Strong HubSpot skills (essential)
*Proven track record in campaign management in revenue/demand generation
*Experience working closely with the sales team to drive sales-qualified leads
*Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
*Proactive and seeks to test and learn
