Job Description:
A Head Chef is required for a high end multi outlet hotel near Coventry working underneath an exceptional Exec Head Chef. The Head Chef will be in charge of a 50 cover Modern British brasserie leading your own team and taking the restaurant to the next level with achieving accolades.

*£40,000 - £42,000 + Service Charge
*Strong brigade including Exec Chef, 2 x Head Chef, 1 other Sous Chef ad CDP’s/Commis.
