Service Desk Analyst – Nottingham – £25,000 - £26,150

Chase & Holland are delighted to be supporting an established I.T. company based in Nottingham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading global innovator in their sector who are going through a period of substantial growth. They are passionate about delivering first class IT service on behalf of their partners. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be hands on working within the Customer Service team as the primary interface for customers delivering the highest levels of service to meet SLAs and targets. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role with excellent IT skills.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
*Managing the customer support experience within agreed SLAs and KPIs
*Following standard processes and procedures
*Inputting all customer interaction within company systems
*Owning customer issues through to full resolution within agreed customer service level agreements and KPIs
*Maintaining agreed SLAs within the escalation process, seeing through to satisfactory completion as required
*Demonstrating a strong and clear understanding of contractual obligations
*Maintaining strong working relationships with contractual customers and internal/external stakeholders
*Any other duties as required

Required Skills & Experience: *Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and office systems
*Proven customer support experience
*Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
*Excellent oral and communication skills
*Good organisational and planning skills
*Must have the ability initiative to resolve problems
*Self motivated, positive and a proactive attitude
*Accuracy and attention to detail
