Exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a nationally recognised estate agency in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the team, you’ll work alongside sales-focused negotiators, providing regulated mortgage advice and associated protection products. The role offers a steady stream of fresh leads from the incentivized staff and full access to the existing client database. On average, you’ll be expected to secure 2 mortgages per week, enhancing your earnings by £1,600 monthly.
Main Duties:
Joining one of the best-known national estate agency brands, you’ll cover the Milton Keynes branch, collaborating with a dynamic team of negotiators. Your responsibilities include offering regulated mortgage advice, protection products, and remortgage services. Fresh leads from the team, daily new mortgage leads, and access to the extensive client base provide a robust foundation. In a thriving market where over 100 properties are sold monthly, with an average size of £450,000, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling new client registrations.
Key Skills:
*Previous mortgage advising or brokering experience is essential.
*Whole-of-market mortgage advice experience is advantageous.
*Ability to contact the existing client base for remortgage services.
*Team player mindset to collaborate effectively with professional introducers.
*Full UK driving license, clean credit history, and no criminal convictions.
