Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our teamin Theydon Bois. You will join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:
We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, football games, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.
This role requires you to have a full UK drivers licence to enable you to drive service users mobility vehicles.
You will be based across 2 services Elm Court and our neighbouring project Tolpuddle, both of which provide 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. Our residents are supported to live independently with us in self-contained apartments on site.
You will be expected to work on a rota basis including some sleep-in shifts and every other weekend.
Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:
*A caring, patient nature
*Full UK driving licence
*The ability to follow instruction
*A willingness and desire to develop
*Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
*Full driving licence
