Job Description:
HR Advisor
Location: New Milton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours a week - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. As a key player, you will provide essential support to Senior HR Advisors across a range of HR and recruitment activities.
Main Responsibilities:
*HR Advisory: Deliver expert HR advice on employment law, policies, and procedures, guiding line managers on complex issues like capability, disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee health.
*HR Case Management: Take ownership of a dedicated caseload, acting as the first point of contact for employees and line managers.
*HRIS Management: Maintain the integrity of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system optimisation, and efficient report generation.
*Policy and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, processes, and practices.
*Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing timely, professional, and confidential support.
*Absence Management: Effectively manage employee absence, providing guidance to line managers and collaborating with Occupational Health.
*Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment law and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
*Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions.
Skills/Experience Required:
*Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
*Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
*CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
