Job Description:
Windsor Forest College Group is looking for aTechnical Skills Coach & Trainer – Electrical Apprenticeships tojoin the Slough & Langley team on a permanent contract working on a full-time basis.
Technical Skills Coach & Trainer – Electrical Apprenticeships
We are seeking to successfully manage a caseload of apprentices and provide support for our L3 Electrical Apprenticeship Programme, we are seeking someone who can enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching, mentoring, and teaching. The goal is to ensure that apprentices are well-prepared to achieve a successful end point assessment. This role involves overseeing the progress of apprentices, offering guidance and support, and facilitating their development in the field of electrical apprenticeship. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping apprentices acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen profession
