Our client is an established and successful business based in Newcastle. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing
*Responsible for the collation, recording and maintenance of quality data within the system
*Processing customer returns information in a timely manner
*Administer supplier returns and warranty activities in line with company and customer requirements
*Provide general admin support to the team
*Ensure all reports and actions are recorded on the inhouse company system in an appropriate manner
*Identify any opportunities for improvement in quality processes and procedures
*Ensure the team adheres to all safe working practices, and the work areas are clean and tidy
About You
*Strong administration experience
*Good data entry skills
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong IT system experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
*Experience of working to health and safety standards and regulations
*Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions
*Results orientated with a flexible and accurate approach
